Returns

  • In resalable condition (excluding certain items, such as customized or special orders)

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase once we receive and inspect the returned product. Please note that the refund process may take up to 10 business days to complete, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, model, or color, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We’ll guide you through the exchange process and let you know if any additional charges or shipping fees apply.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or refund, at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong or damaged item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
